Configure Microsoft Outlook Express for use with
3net
1).Double click on the Outlook Express icon on the Desktop
2).If the program has never been configured before you will
be presented with a setup wizard.
The following information will be required.

3).Display Name: This is the name that will be displayed
when someon receives
your Email.
4).Click Next

5).E-mail Address: This address will be used when people
reply to your Email.
Generally you will want to use your
3net address. eg. kevinp@3net.com.au

6).E-mail Server Names: Leave mail server as POP3.
7).Incoming mail server (POP3) is: mail.3net.com.au
8).Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is: mail.3net.com.au
9).Click Next

10). Account name: is the same as your login name.
11).Password: is the same as your login password.

12).Internet Mail Connection: Set to connect using a Local
Area Network (LAN).
13).Although you may not be using a LAN, this setting will
look for
an already established
connection eg: your modem connection.
14).Click Next
15).Click Finish.
Dont forget that you will have to be connected with 3net
to use the SMTP server.
