ASSUMPTIONS:
It is assumed that:
A. You have a PPP connection with 3net,
B. Have a copy of the file n32e4xxp.exe
C. Installed it before attempting to perform the setup.

Netscape Navigator also includes Plugin like: Cool Talk and Real Video/Audio

1.) Click on Options and then General Preferences. The following screen will appear
as seen in Fig1.

2.) In the startup section of this screen type in the settings as seen in Fig1
then click on OK.

3.) Click on Options and then Network Prefernces and then on the Proxies tab.
The following screen will appear as shown in Fig2.

4.) Make sure that the dot is in No Proxies and then click on OK.
Netscape Navigator is now ready for you to browse the Web with 3net
Internet Dial-up account.
