Step 3 - Dial-up
Networking

Open My Computer then open Dialup networking. The first
time you enter this program, it will display a message
as shown below in FIG 7. Click on OK. Otherwise
click on New.

Give the new phonebook entry a name as shown in FIG
8 and click on Next.

Make sure that the entry "The non-Windows NT..." is
selected as in FIG 9. Click on Next.

Enter the phone number of ANS. For Sydney, it is 8213
3488. You may also use 8213 3433 for 33.6k connections.

Select the PPP protocol as in FIG 11, and click
on Next.

Click on "None" for the login script.

You will be asked to enter an IP address. Leave this
screen set as 0.0.0.0 as ANS assigns an IP address to
you as you log in. The screen should look like FIG
14.

You will now be asked to enter the IP address of the
DNS Server. Enter the details as in FIG 15
.

Click on Finish, to return to the Dial-Up Networking window
